Community Suggestion: Link to dates, eras, and events from articles.
Link to dates, eras, and events from articles.

What functionality is missing? What is unsatisfying with the current situation?
All I can link to in a timeline is the timeline centered at year 0, or a single date set in the settings. I have articles that refer to dates, eras, and event on the timeline. But there is no way for me to link to the description of the eras and events or when I link to the timeline have it center on a specific date.
How does this feature request address the current situation?
It will remove the need to create articles that I can link to and duplicate that content into the timeline's events and eras.
What are other uses for this feature request?
Creating anchors in a timeline at the dates or that open specific eras and events would allow for greater sharing of content outside world anvil with a url. Instead of directing a reader to the timeline and tell them to scroll to a specific point, you can directly link to the content you are showing off.
The Team's Response
Great idea! We've added it to our to-do list. Thanks for the suggestion!
