What functionality is missing? What is unsatisfying with the current situation?
Hi, ok, so, the new todo list fuctionality is working great...if you are adding new articles to the todo list. However, if you are someone like me who wrote a bunch when they had no idea what they were doing and now wants to go back through and edit a heck-ton of articles and wants to put those on a todo list, the process gets rather tedius.
As of right now, the way i have to add existing articles is by opening up the article, scrolling down to to the little extra actions side bar, scrolling down that, adding the article, reloading the page, and moving on to the next article. When you have over 100 articles you need editing, that gets incredibly tedious. Very fast.
How does this feature request address the current situation?
So! To adress this, I am suggesting a little extra tab on the todo list button, when you hit New Todo, that there be a searchbar of your exisiting articles that then you can choose from, similar to how there is already a template drop down menu or just the article search menu where you can select an existing article and it fills in the ToDO title for you. With a link. Just something that links you to an article you've already made when you click on it in the todo list proper.
I hope that makes sense. And that it's doable, I honestly don't know.
And if I have somehow missed this feature, please let me know, I would love to be using it.
What are other uses for this feature request?
I...don't know. I think thinking that far ahead takes someone who knows how to code and apply computer features, which is not me. But if it does end up being useful to something else, that's pretty cool, and I'll take none of that credit.
Thank you
:D
