inquisitor -iinquisitorial organization organizations
What functionality is missing? What is unsatisfying with the current situation?
When I build organization, I use "other" a lot. I would like to add: Military, inquisitorial Religious, inquisitorial Religious, economical Governmental, inquisitorial My world has a lot of hidden evils, vampires, demons, etc and there are a lot of organizations that are dedicated to ferreting out these hidden evils. Also, some nations have evil despots who have organizations that are dedicated to ferreting out idealistic rebels. Not every organization like this is a secret organization, some are public. Even secret police have a public face. I also have financial institutions that are under the auspice of organized religion, not a government, guild, or corporation. How does this feature request address the current situation?
Providing more options for organizations. This isn't a giant change, but more options are generally preferable to less. What are other uses for this feature request?
More nuance for organizations than simply selecting "Other" all the time.Follow up
Apologize for the bad spacing in the OP. Military, inquisitorial Religious, inquisitorial Religious, economical Governmental, inquisitorial

on 2022-06-08 22:35I think we can expand this to the option of adding new types somewhere that is keyed to the specific world

on 2022-06-08 10:36I, too, have some pretty violent and oppressive institutions that don't really have a great fit. so I'd love to have some kind of inquisition or religious police option in the institution template.

on 2022-06-06 12:31This would be good to have. My current workaround for a Religious Inquisition was to call it a holy order, but if it were distinct that would be more pleasing.

on 2022-06-02 20:36@Jesuisfrog Everyone can free-fill fields as well, by using - -KEY::VALUE- - (without the spaces between the two dashes).
- Some key
- Some self-filled value

on 2022-06-02 19:12I think we can expand this to the option of adding new types in a "per world" manner. That way everyone would be able to get what they need.
