I can see this being mildly useful on rare occasions to find my old (expired) suggestions, but it would be a low priority to add this filter for me, so only if it was really, really, easy. With active suggestions you can only have one at a time and it takes seconds to scan the short list to find it. Links to the messages on voting take you straight there and you can always favorite suggestions in your browser too. Then there are existing search functions over the title. There are just so many ways to do this yourself, and the occasions when I'd benefit from the filter are so infrequent, I'd just prefer to see the efforts of the team going into things we can't do ourselves. But that said, if it was simple and quick to implement, why not?
