What functionality is missing? What is unsatisfying with the current situation?
Default MENU at the top of the page without necesity to create it manualy via vars and tons of CSSHow does this feature request address the current situation?

Thanks for the suggestion! While the idea has merit, we can't have an automatic menu bar based on your table of contents: a horizontal menu bar has limited space, while a table of contents has no limit of top-level categories. That said, we're accepting this under investigation because a future update might address this in some way, although probably not in the way you're asking.
