Most recently, I have gotten myself into the realm of animation images and have thought, hey, wouldn't that look nice to create an in-depth experience that such you in with interactive images that would help visually pleasing to see. We need a URL that can be added to add a video or something to connect it, like YouTube and Spotify. Though this could be a unique image, I don't want to get too far ahead, and it might not be worth the trouble.

I find it difficult to really tell what you're suggesting here from what you've written. But: Animated image formats like gif, animated png, and webp already exist. Embedding youtube videos and animated images into articles is also already possible.

ElFunkler, as far as I can tell, (s)he asks for an option to embedd a video in an article (or header maybe). How (s)he creates the video is not the issue.

I'm 99% certain that World Anvil has said they will never use generative AI, which this falls under.

It isn't clear to me what this would accomplish that couldn't be accomplished with existing tools by uploading the content to Youtube or an image hosting site first and then just linking to that.
