A primal spell that calls to the beasts with respect rather than command. The melody carries an invitation into the wild. Any beasts that hears it may choose to answer.

Emotion Focus: Genuine respect and non-predatory intent toward beasts.

Wáni State: Calm, sincere; arrogance or hostility will hinder the call.

Weaving:

Wáni lifts their pavo and plays a rising, flowing melody. Their fingers weave a sequence of rising and falling notes. A shimmering teal ribbon of light that unfurls into a banner in the air. The ribbon sways and pulses, sending faint, echoing calls into the distance.

Manifestation:

A teal ribbon of light unfurls from Wáni's bracelet and drifts on the breeze. Faint echoes of beast calls accompany Wani's melody. Soft pulses carry the invitation outward. Nearby creatures sense the call. The ribbon dissolves with the final note.

Beasts within range perceive a gentle but unmistakable invitation to approach. Whether they accept depends on their temperament, current circumstances, and their connection to Wani.

Casting Duration: Up to 1 minute of continuous playing.

Response Time: Nearby beasts typically arrive within several minutes if able.

Range: 300 feet (up to 500 feet in favorable conditions).

Effective in open terrain, less so in dense forests or urban areas.

Limits & Risks:

Does not compel animals to obey—only invites.

Overuse can cause local beasts to become wary or distrustful of the melody.

Wámi with dishonest or aggressive intent risk hostility or dangerous responses.

Additional Notes:

Best played with genuine respect and calm intent.

Useful for gathering or establishing peaceful contact with the beasts.

Melody’s tone and intent are crucial; insincerity or hostility can repel or anger the beasts.
